Our Rates are inclusive:

1. Daily Breakfast for 2 people only, if more than 2 people, additional charge shall be applied accordingly
2. Of 21% for Government tax & service charge
3. Return Airport Transfer (Airport-Hotel-Airport)
4. If an extra bed needed, there will be additional charge of USD 22 nett/pax/day
5.From 2nd to 8th October 2008, there is surcharge of USD 15 nett/room/night
6. Occupancy of Rooms: No Charge for 1 kid under 16 years old sharing bed with parent

Cancellation:

 
During Low Season
1. No Cancellation Fee will be charged on cancellation received by us 10 days prior to arrival date and for cancellation received less than 10 days prior to arrival, 1 (one) night room charge plus applicable 21% for government tax & service charge will be applied

During High & Peak Season ( from from 2nd to 8th October &15th December to 31st December)
1. A cancellation fee of an amount equal to the entire value of the booking will be applied for all cancellation less than 30 days of arrival.

Please note that cancellation notice should be made in writing

Payment Procedure & Booking Confirmation
1. We are so pleased to work on pre-payment system and therefore your booking is automatically confirmed with confirmation number & code, once you have done the wire transfer to our account
