Hotel Gili Air Lombok is a tourist resort located on
the sea, which rises onto the small Gili Air atoll.
In Indonesian, Gili Air means little island of
water, and Gili Air is one of the most beautiful
islands in the world, just 5 km from the 'mother'
island of Lombok, in central Indonesia.
The relaxing atmosphere provides an excellent way of
'de-stressing' for those who wish to distance
themselves from the frenetic life of the city.

The resort extends over a surface area of
approximately 35,000 m² and consists of a central
body, where the front office services, restaurants
and offices are located.
Accommodation
The accommodation consists of 30 typical chalets,
which are mostly positioned along the seafront, to
give beautiful views over the incredible colours of
unique dawns and dusks.

TERM & CONDITION
Our
Rates are inclusive:
1. Daily Breakfast, additional charge shall be applied
accordingly
2. Of 15% for Government tax & service charge.
3. Return Airport Transfer (Airport-Teluk Nare
Harbour-Airport), except Return Boat from & to Teluk Nare
(Teluk Nare Harbour - Hotel-Teluk Nare Harbour) only for
check-in & check-out, there's an addtiotnal charge.
4. If an extra bed needed, there will be additional charge
of USD 12 nett/pax/day (Low Season), USD of 13 nett/pax/day
(middle season), USD 15 nett/pax/day (high season)

Cancellation:
During Low Season
No Cancellation Fee will be charged on cancellation received
by us 10 days prior to arrival date and for cancellation
received less than 10 days prior to arrival, or in the event
of no show, A cancellation fee of an amount equal to the
entire value of the booking will be applied.
During High & Middle Season (from July to the whole
August, from 16th December to 6th January, from 1st April to
30th June, from 1st September to 15th October)
A cancellation fee of an amount equal to the entire value of
the booking will be applied for all cancellation less than
30 days of arrival.
Please note that cancellation notice should be made in
writing
Payment Procedure & Booking Confirmation
1. We are so pleased to work on pre-payment system and
therefore your booking is automatically confirmed with
confirmation number & code, once you have done the wire
transfer to our account.
2. No refund will be made if you decide to check-out earlier
than the reservation made.
3. We are not
responsible for any bank charges.
