Hotel Villa Lumbung Seminyak Bali Island

Hotel Villa Lumbung Seminyak Bali island is a small exotic village surrounded by masterly designed tropical gardens of approximately 12.000 square meters. The special shape of the grass-roof villas is derived from the typical Balinese "Lumbung". The upper part of this center hut of each family compound serves as a rice barn, while the lower floor - an elevated lounging area ("Bale") - is used as a meeting place.

TERM & CONDITION

Our Rates are inclusive:

1. Daily Breakfast for 2 people only, except Deluxe Family bungalow and 3 Bedroom Deluxe Villa
2. Of 21% for Government tax & service charge
3. Occupancy of Rooms: No Charge for 1 kid under 12 years old sharing bed with parent
4. If an extra bed needed, there will be additional charge of USD 35 nett/pax/day

Cancellation:

During Low Season
1. No Cancellation Fee will be charged on cancellation received by us 10 days prior to arrival date and for cancellation received less than 10 days prior to arrival, or in the event of no show, 1 (one) night room charge plus applicable 21% for government tax & service charge will be applied.

2. A cancellation fee of an amount equal to the entire value of booking will be applied for all cancellation less than 24 hours of arrival or in the event of no show.

During High & Peak Season (from 1st August to 31st September and from 20th December to 5th January)
1. A cancellation fee of an amount equal to the entire value of the booking will be applied for all cancellation less than 30 days of arrival

Please note that cancellation notice should be made in writing

Payment Procedure & Booking Confirmation
1. We are so pleased to work on pre-payment system and therefore your booking is automatically confirmed with confirmation number & code, once you have done the wire transfer to our account
2. No refund will be made if you decide to check-out earlier than the reservation made
3. We are not responsible for any bank charges.
