The Kamuela Villas located in fashionable Seminyak, the Kamuela Villas occupy a prime location at the very heart of Southern Bali’s main attractions and points of interest. Seminyak is where modern tourism in Bali all started and it’s still the most happening place of all.

Seminyak beach has daily spectacular sunsets which can be viewed from delightful beachside cafes and bars strung along the majestic Seminyak beach. Seminyak is also a world class shopping, eating and nightlife destination with some of Asia’s best restaurants, bars and discotheques offering something for everyone.

Half or full day tours around south Bali can easily be organized through the Guest Relations Desk. You may also opt for one of numerous adventure tours that takes you off the beaten track such mountain biking – from the top of Mount Batur, trough rain forests, rice terraces and traditional villages. In Ubud, jungle trekking through tropical rain forests, whitewater rafting or even the opportunity to attend a temple ceremony is all available.

The Villas
All five villas are sumptuously appointed with wonderful contemporary design influences offering an intimate retreat experience and their own signature blend of romance, rejuvenation and exotic sensuality. The living and dining areas are open into the pool area while each beautifully appointed bedroom features its own en-suite bathroom.

The Living Rooms
Living rooms offer a semi outdoor lounge with a gourmet kitchen and dining area. Looking out onto a private garden and pool, the living room offers a chance to experience the healthy attributes of Balinese outdoor living.

The Bedrooms
Air-conditioned bedrooms offer guests their own space to relax and unwind. Each bedroom is equipped with LCD TV, cable television, IDD telephone, safety box and en-suite bathroom.

The Bathrooms
Bathrooms feature separate bath tub and showers with double vanities as well as an extensive spa bath menu and luxurious guest amenities.

Cancellation:

During Low Season
1. No Cancellation Fee will be charged on cancellation received by us 15 days prior to arrival date and for cancellation received less than 15 days prior to arriva 1 (one) night room charge plus applicable 21% for government tax & service charge will be applied and in event of no show, 50% room nights reserved to charged plus applicable 21% for Government tax & service charge will be apllied

During High & Peak Season (From 1st July to 15th September and 23rd December to 5th January)
A cancellation fee of an amount equal to the entire value of the booking will be applied for all cancellation less than 30 days of arrival.

Payment Procedure & Booking Confirmation
1. We are so pleased to work on pre-payment system and therefore your booking is automatically confirmed 

     with confirmation number & code, once you have done the wire transfer to our account
2. No refund will be made if you decide to check-out earlier than the reservation made.
