Cancellation:

During Low Season
No Cancellation Fee will be charged on cancellation received by us 10 days prior to arrival date and for cancellation received less than 10 days prior to arrival, or in the event of no show, 1 (one) night room charge plus applicable 21% for government tax & service charge will be applied.

During High & Peak Season (from 15th to 31st July, 1st to 31st August, 1st to 15th September and from 26th December to 5th January)
A cancellation fee of an amount equal to the entire value of the booking will be applied for all cancellation less than 30 days of arrival.

Payment Procedure & Booking Confirmation
1. We are so pleased to work on pre-payment system and therefore your booking is automatically confirmed with confirmation number & code, once you have done the wire transfer to our account

2. No refund will be made if you decide to check-out earlier than the reservation made / stay is shortened after check - in
