immaculate walled gardens each with a private pool, a semi
outdoor lounge area with a functional kitchenettes, dining
area and air-conditioned bedrooms.
Modeled after traditional houses found in Bali and Java, the
villas are built, furnished and decorated using local timber,
tiles, fabrics and artifacts - blended with a
modern-minimalist edge.
The delightful Aston Bhavana Villas offers sixteen private
villas set in immaculate walled gardens. They are modeled
after traditional houses found in Bali and Java with a blend
of contemporary designs.
Each has its own private pool, semi outdoor lounge with a
kitchen and dining area. The canopy bedrooms are
air conditioned and equipped with TV and entertainment system.
The semi outdoor bathrooms offer soaking tubs, oversized steam
shower stalls and an outdoor rainforest shower. A range of
exclusive amenities, fluffy extra large towels and
complimentary bottled water are also available. .

Remarks:
Our Rates are inclusive:
1. Daily Breakfast, welcome chilled towel & refreshment upon
arrival, welcome fruit basket upon arrival, daily
afternoon tea in villa for two persons per bedroom, Butler
service.
2. Of 21% for Government tax & service charge

Cancellation:
During Low Season
1. No Cancellation Fee will be charged on cancellation
received by us 15 days prior to arrival date and for
cancellation received less than 15 days prior to arriva 1
(one) night room charge plus applicable 21% for government tax
& service charge will be applied and in event of no show, 50%
room nights reserved to charged plus applicable 21% for
Government tax & service charge will be apllied
During High & Peak Season (From 1st July to 15th September
and 23rd December to 5th January)
A cancellation fee of an amount equal to the entire value of
the booking will be applied for all cancellation less than 30
days of arrival.
Payment Procedure & Booking Confirmation
1. We are so pleased to work on pre-payment system and
therefore your booking is automatically confirmed with
confirmation number & code, once you have done the wire
transfer to our account
2. No refund will be made if you decide to check-out earlier
than the reservation made.
